I downloaded this one because the old one doesn't seem to want to work, but for all I got out of it I might as well have not bothered. The UI is terrible and doesn't give near as much information as the old app

The app keeps crashing when I tap on Map
the new version really sucks... the weekly calendar is repetitive and not straight forward at all. The previous version works fine. why is the old version still not up?? I believe the methods that have been changed didn't have strong guarantee... that's why it takes so long.. luckily, I didn't update portal on my iPhone after I've seen the new version here lol. The old app still works on my iPhone
It's a fine app. Issues with loading sometimes. I like the calendar/schedule and the fact that it can be exported. I wish we could manage event registrations from our phones; it's a hassle to need a computer on you to cancel or register for an event.
Eas to use school schedule. Can also find open classrooms.
My go-to app for campus life and the amazing events going on out there. Some features that have been of tremendous help to me are: A) It lists out all the upcoming registered events so I don't have to go the portal website and/or merge my Google Calendar there. B) It provides links and descriptions of all the researches and publishings led by UWaterloo students or professors. That serves as a moment of pride and drives me to work more. C) Analysis of weekly weather reports helps a lot. Cheers!
Uwaterloo portal is a very handy app created for uwaterloo students. I like the UI, the black and gold design. By using this app I can see today's agenda and the events for which I have registered for. Also I can check in academics what courses I enrolled for and can check learn announcements. One can check campus life events, various services offered by the University. Aslo it is amazing that I can check my WATCARD balance and meal plans. Overall it an app needed for a UW student.
It is a great app to keep up with what's happening on campus and your own classes. Also love the customized feature where everything is planned out on the calendar according to your own schedule.
I personally like as I am able to see clearly the deadline and book for ang upcoming event . What is more interesting is that it shows my watcard balance so i dont have to go to SLC and check my balance.
